Led and collaborated on interaction design, wireframes, UX flows, prototypes for the core app IA, calling and messaging experience

Challenges

A completely new app designed and built from scratch, with an emphasis on responsiveness and performance to provide the best Skype experience on Windows 10, a single app that adapts to being used on phones, tablets and desktop or larger screens.

Notable additions include native SMS integration and relay across Skype on all devices, as well as evolving the full bleed, immersive mobile group video experience to exploit larger screens and infinitely variable window sizes.
